I just read my last long post and I really shouldn't blog while people are talking to me at the same time. In the last phrase I meant to say that I hope it doesn't make me a bad person. But I do feel bad about wanting to leave my job. But if I look at the other side, maybe if/when I leave, someone else who really has the talent and the heart for this work will take my place.
That's what I'm hoping for...
